Contactless student drop off and pick up
Due to COVID-19, the school is trialling various ways where we can support all adults to remain safe and reduce physical contact. For contactless late arrival and early leaver signing in and out, please call the front office to coordinate drop off or pick up and complete the electronic form in place of physically signing your child in or out via the front office. The office staff will arrange for your child to be ready at the office to leave early if you call ahead. This form can be completed by parents or carers or a QR code will be available at the school office for easy access.
Absences
Winmalee High School has implemented a new system in 2020 for explaining student absences. Skoolbag for absences is no longer available.
The school will be sms’ing absentee notices. Please reply to your sms notification including student's name & reason for absence.
Written notes, emails with 'attention Student Services' in the subject line and phone calls - 4754 2822 - are also acceptable.
Please contact the school if there has been a recent change to your mobile contact number.
